VINTAGE PROM!HELP!

SO... it has been a long time since I ever posted a new post.

THat's all because, I've been focusing more on my studies *cough max*

and that I am sick NOW..

guess what, I am sick and playing :)

well, i really need some help because our Juniors Prom is coming

and our motif is VIntage Modern

and i have no idea how that works :/

i am actually looking around the.net but i hope you guys can help :]]

and i have flabby arms (i want to cover it)
